  1. Shipping Methods
    • Loaded Ammunition Orders: All orders containing loaded ammunition are shipped via FedEx Ground in accordance with federal regulations. Ammunition cannot be shipped via air services due to shipping restrictions and safety regulations.
    • Empty Ammo Case Orders: Orders containing only empty ammunition cases are shipped via FedEx Ground, providing a more flexible and economical shipping option for components.
  1. Shipping Locations
    • We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship ammunition to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
    • Note: Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship ammunition to the following locations: California (except to licensed FFL dealers), Massachusetts, New York, Washington, D.C., and Illinois without proper credentials. Customers in these states should check local laws and may need to provide additional documentation prior to shipping.
  1. Processing Time
    • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that this may vary during high-demand periods.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information for your convenience.
  1. Shipping Costs
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order. These fees will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.
    • Free Shipping Offers: We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on certain items or order sizes. If applicable, details will be provided during checkout.
  1. Delivery Times
    • Loaded Ammunition: Since we ship via ground services, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
    • Empty Ammo Cases: Orders shipped via USPS typically take 3-5 business days.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
    • Ammunition Regulations: All ammunition shipments must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. We may require age verification, and all customers must be 21 years or older to purchase ammunition.
    • We cannot ship ammunition to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  1. Order Tracking
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the respective carrier’s website.
  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 844-778-3243. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order.
