Welcome to Shell Tech’s Refer-A-Friend Program! We are thrilled to have you on board and thank you for supporting Shell Shock Technologies by spreading the word about Shell Tech Ammo. By joining, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and these additional terms outlined below.

What is a Qualified Shell Tech Referral?

A Qualified Referral occurs when a new customer (“Referred Customer”) makes their first purchase at Shell Tech Ammo through your unique referral link. Remember, additional purchases by the same customer will not be counted as extra referrals.

Who is a Referred Customer?

A Referred Customer must be a distinct individual separate from the Referrer. Referrers cannot refer themselves using alternate email addresses or accounts.

How Do Referral Rewards Work?

• To earn referral rewards, the Referred Customer must place a minimum order of $50 (exclusive of taxes, shipping, discounts, and other fees) on Shell Tech Ammunition.

• Rewards are issued in $10 increments, with a cap of 100 referrals per calendar year.

• Referrers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations related to rewards earned through the Shell Tech Refer-A-Friend Program.

Who is Eligible to Participate?

The Shell Tech Refer-A-Friend Program is exclusively for individual participants. Businesses, corporations, or entities are not eligible.

Anti-Spam and Communication Guidelines

We value fair practices at Shell Shock Technologies! To ensure program integrity:

• Referrers must adhere to anti-spam laws and regulations.

• Emails intended to share referral links should be personalized and not sent in bulk.

• Sending unsolicited commercial emails may result in removal from the Shell Tech Refer-A-Friend Program.

Maintaining Compliance and Program Integrity

Shell Shock Technologies is committed to fostering a trusted environment for all participants. To maintain program integrity, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Participants must comply with all relevant laws, including anti-fraud and anti-spam regulations.

• Consent must be obtained from potential Referred Customers before sharing referral information.

• Fraudulent activities, misuse, or attempts to exploit the program—such as creating fake accounts or using multiple email addresses—are strictly prohibited.

• Shell Tech reserves the right to investigate and terminate accounts or reclaim rewards if violations or abuse are detected.

Program Modifications or Termination

Shell Shock Technologies reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Shell Tech Refer-A-Friend Program at any time. Any unclaimed rewards at the time of termination will be forfeited.
